Every application is read by founders who've been through YC. Through Exposure's collaboration with the e2vc team and Orange Collective, the reviewer pool is entirely YC alumni. No associates, no outside readers.

Twenty founders per session, plus five YC founders who join as reviewers. One session runs for each of the four YC batches a year, and invitations come from Exposure.
